RIB SAA - Information Covit-19
Dear customers and business partners,
in view of the current and very rapidly changing situation regarding Covid-19, we have taken precautionary measures for the protection of our employees and partner companies (customers/suppliers/etc.) - based on the recommendations and regulations of the Austrian Federal Government - which we also continually adapt to changing circumstances.
Most of our employees work from home until further notice.
They are provided with the necessary equipment to be able to work from their homes without restrictions.
The preparation of the next projects, the further development of our products and above all services on the SAA service hotline can thus be carried out without any major restrictions.
For administrative matters our office is still occupied. Telephone availability during office hours is therefore unrestricted.
Also delivery of spare parts or ordering of spare parts from our suppliers are currently possible without restrictions.
Service assignments at our customers' sites are unfortunately not possible until further notice - this is due to the extensive travel restrictions.
We observe and evaluate the situation daily and will keep you continuously informed about the latest changes on our homepage.
Even in these difficult times, we still remain available to our customers.
RIB SAA is still online and our support staff is available for you as usual.
